If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to return
Contact the PixelCast team through our Contact page with your order number and we will send you return instructions.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays for return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original payment method.
Faulty or damaged items
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for major faults. Contact us and we will sort it out.
